What is Tai Chi
Tai chi is slow, gentle, continuous motion that engages mind, body and spirit, and is fun and provides amazing health benefits. It is sometimes called “meditation in motion” or even “medication in motion”. Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. "Qi" Energy Art
See my “Qi” energy art collection that was inspired by the energy I experience when enjoying Tai Chi here. I created this AI/fractal collage to visually express the serene and balanced energy that I personally experience and wish to convey when both practicing and teaching Tai Chi. It represents the harmonious interplay between the mind, body, and spirit, encapsulating the spiraling flow of energy that embodies a sense of peace and equilibrium.
